WHY THIS WORK MATTERS

Barriers Rarely Exist in Isolation

Limited health access, unsafe recreation spaces, period poverty, inadequate information and unemployment can reinforce one another. Kaivie Foundation brings connected solutions together so that progress in one area can create possibilities in another.

Limited Safe Spaces

Many young people lack accessible environments where they can exercise, connect and develop.

Health-Information Gaps

Young people need accurate, age-appropriate information to make informed health decisions.

Barriers to Dignity

Lack of suitable menstrual products can affect participation, confidence and education.

Limited Career Pathways

Young people may possess talent and local knowledge but lack training, networks and access.

OUR APPROACH

Community-Led Solutions Built to Last

01. Listen

Understand priorities with young people, schools, families and community leaders.

02. Design

Develop practical programmes based on real local barriers.

03. Equip

Provide safe spaces, products, information, skills and professional guidance.

04. Empower

Create opportunities for participation, leadership and financial independence.

05. Measure

Track outcomes, learn from implementation and communicate progress honestly.
